Express Delivery

• Arrival within 1-2 days from receipt of your shipping confirmation email. Additional validation may be required and can delay delivery.

Standard Delivery

• Complimentary for all orders.

• Arrival within 3-5 business days. Tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email. 

• Additional validation may be required and can delay delivery.

Note that you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes imposed by the local authorities of your purchase’s final destination.

All deliveries are facilitated by YSDS. Delivery timing estimation is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Some deliveries can take longer due to your location or additional validations required.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• You must notify us within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of your confirmation email if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged.

• You may request a refund or exchange if the items in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the items you have received are not those you originally ordered.

• Items must be returned to us within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date in the exact condition in which they were received.

• We will dispatch replacement items to you upon confirmation of the issue with your order following a quality assurance inspection.

• Refunds can take up to 14 days to process following receipt of your return.

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise requested and agreed to.
